Our Story
Since 2003, we have been a leading provider in Industrial Air Handling, Venti-cooling, Humidification/Dehumidification, and Industrial IoT, including Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing technologies. We began with projects in Industrial Fans, Air Coolers, SPM Collection Systems, and Air Purification Systems. Over time, we expanded into IIoT services aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing security.

2003
Vayave started as an Indoor Air Management division of our other group company Udadhi Infrastructure.
2007
Vayave started supplying Commercial ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators) to meet industrial clean air requirements.
2010
Vayave expanded its product line and started supplying advanced air purifiers for high-performance air quality management.
2020
Vayave was formally incorporated as a separate MSME Private Limited entity to leverage government schemes and specialize in specialized services.
2021
Certified for ISO 9001:2015, establishing international standards of quality management, which continues to date.
2022
Diversified operations as System Integrators, focusing on Industrial IoT (IIoT) based projects and digital transformation.
2023
Expanded technology expertise, serving as System Integrators for Distributed Fiber Optic (DFOS) temperature and acoustic sensing projects.
2025
Collaborated with tor.AI to deliver state-of-the-art Industrial IoT and advanced battery analytics solutions.
